Sci-Fi RPGs
I've become absolutely obsessed with Mothership the past week or so. I have a tricky relationship with horror and don't think I'd run any of the modules as written (so dark!), but I'm captivated by the tight design, beautiful layout and sci-fi setting. I love how the community creates in-universe artifacts. Prey (2017) was one of my favourite video games and I'd love to adapt it to a Mothership module.
As a lighthearted alternative, I can recommend For Small Creatures Such As We, by Anna Blackwell. It's a much more cheerful sci-fi solo space adventure rpg, which feels more like Firefly/Becky Chambers vibes to me and is delightful to play.
