Brands: I’m open to anything I just don’t want to look or spend time on boring, cheap, and uninventive stolen concepts clothes (I value creative independence and intellectual property a lot so I despise a lack of integrity). I prefer lower to mid range but I don’t mind higher price range for fantasy and ideation lol. But yeah lower to mid range.
I like a lot of aesthetics so it’s hard to pin down, like my Pinterest board ranges from y2k,1920s sillhoutes, 90s (Pamela Anderson, Charlotte York and Carrie from sex and the city). Tom Ford for Gucci, tom ford in general. 1950s-60s sillhoutes as well. I also love interesting and unique tops.
I would say that my style is a mixture of a lot of things. I do like a sense of sensual or an essence of “I’m a woman” not necessarily overtly sexual or hyperfeminine all the time. I love mixing masculine styles with feminine womanly styles as well. Like recently I’ve been wanting to shave my hair into a buzz cut and wearing like those office looks of like a tight high waisted pencil skirt and those cute blouses from the early 2000s and possibly an interesting belt or corset. Like I mix even traditionally masculine looks with feminine looks as well.
I’m really free Lmaoo.
I'll just list every brand on my mind right now hhh
I recommend you check out Vietnamese Brands on ASTOUD.com first (anything from low, mid, high), it's my #1 favorite site because Vietnamese designers are next level and so many items are actually very affordable and can be worn unisex. You'd pay at least 5x the price they charge if it was a western brand:
Tinh Atelier (mid, high)
THEPRSN
An Heritage (feminine, traditional influence)
Oubad (elegant, airy)
Caostu (elega
etc etc etc , you really need to check everything out.. too many to list them here
Japanese Brands:
Hiroki Tsuzuki (unisex, selfmade, mid range)
Ikumi Earth (unisex, alternative, low-mid)
Bishool (unisex, elegant, oversized, higher range)
Alba Rosa (y2k, vintage, gyaru subculture brand, only available secondhand in japan and china now. You can find it on ebay but careful, the sellers are mostly all located in Japan and pushed up the price by 100-400% just because it's on ebay. I recommend directly buying it from japanese secondhand places like Mercari JP)
Select777 (mercari jp seller, handmade items)
South Korean Brands:
Skoot Apparel (selfmade, subculture, street, mid-high)
Ader Error (bit minimalistic, high)
Chinese Brands:
独INDULGE on taobao or doindulge.com internationally. Feminine, experimental, unique but Careful, she charges much more on the international site but that's normal for chinese brands for some reason. If possible, get it from taobao or 2nd-sellers.
ShuShuTong (feminine, higher range)
Yvmin (jewelry, higher)
Chengguang Wang (taobao only, blue, unisex, mid-high)
Nerhi (Tibetan, international website available, unisex, traditional inspired clothing, low-mid-high)
Yang Er Da Meng (chinese inspired, paint-y, dreamy, low-mid)
Indian Brands (on the website: Elahe.in)
Bloni (avant garde, high)
Amkha (dreamy, painty, feminine, mid-high)
Studio Rigu
Saaksha & Kinni (feminine mid, high)
many many more, etc
