i think i need to kill off indigo. I've been mulling over how to make timelines work if they're alive, trying to figure out how they're able to give their kids their beskargam while the girls still end up enslaved in imp space...

the fact of the matter is, indigo would have fought to get their kids back regardless of the cost, so long-term separation, not knowing where they are, etc., would be unlikely at best. if indigo were alive, the taros would still be a family unit.

killing indigo off gives me the opportunities i need to allow azimuth and asamta's stories to work the way they're supposed to work. the girls get their beskar, still end up in imp space, still separate in hopes and dreams for something better. it also gives azimuth an even stronger reason to leave imp space -- she knows that life could be better, because she experienced it when they were younger. It gives asamta an even stronger reason to stay because she refuses to give up because she's got too much pride to run away, no, she's going to take life by the throat and make it her bitch.

now i just gotta figure out how to kill indigo off...

Working class and living as long as Indigo has sometimes means your moral compass starts going askew, at least for Indigo. Guess that comes with the whole 'bounty hunter' job. He tries to do the right thing, though it doesn't alway work out.

She may not be the best Mandalorian around, but she does try. With a kit that's falling apart and a ship that's being held together with gaffer tape and hope, she tries. It hasn't been enough to retire yet, but she's hopeful.

i'm rerolling azimuth taro as a jedi knight bc i think i want her to be my canon knight+outlander. we'll see how it goes, given my preference for the f!consular voice.

also i've come to realize that both azimuth and her sister asamta are fashionistas. in that i've spent way too many credits on getting them outfits. dear god.

also i decided to give them both pieces of dad's (indigo taro) armor. so we got two nautilorian force sensitives. azimuth is butch, asamta is femme. their dad is just tired. and not nearly as fashionable as his two daughters are, apparently.

i'm gonna have to figure out how they got to become sith and jedi when dad's a mando.

Good question! Assuming you mean like, healthy interpersonal relationships, Azukni’s on the top. Though she’s probably got a lot of like, people pleaser trauma shit going on from trying to be the bestest little jedi ever.

The worst... probably her brother Coshbyss, I think. pretty sure the only known healthy relationship he has is with his sister lmao. Then again, he doesn’t really try to get to know people... (out of those who try, probably Indigo. But only by default bc he’s lived for fucking ever)
