Weekend outing with the Indigos to Mt Komorebi! Julian and Ysolt were interested in trying out winter sports, but couldn't get the other two to tag along.
Rose and Holden had another explosive fight and this time it didn't end with a make-up kiss; it just ended.
Just some shots of these two doing activities as I prepare the next stage of the story!
Meanwhile back in San Sequoia: Tayler, being extremely relatable.
It's been several weeks since Tayler's death and Emma has been loathe to do much of anything social. But she's been bringing the triplets around Mt Komorebi to be with her sister and nieces, and Holden has been a rock for Emma. He's quickly become her best friend in the whole world. When he asked her around to the romance festival just to distract her, she decided to give it a shot. They had a fun time watching everyone else get flirty and jealous. Emma smiled for the first time since Tayler's death.
Hopping over to Mt Komorebi, where the twins are looking extremely cute in their cold-weather hiking gear ~
Celebrating the triplets' birthday just days after the loss of their mother made it a kind of macabre affair. But Lydia and Emma did their best to bring the kiddos a little joy.
Emma is having the most unimaginably terrible two weeks.
