Okay. So. I'm very frustrated because I'm taking in all of this information and rediscovering the world but no one will listen and nobody else around me seems to understand.. I'm like lashing out at ppl for it and ik its not my job to make people believe but to set an example and that this information isn't for everyone but ugh help? I feel like I need to connect w more people that follow this kind of thing but idk where to find them :/

That’s how it is at first. People don’t understand, they question you, they laugh at you, and you feel upset with them. You feel like lashing out at them. But you shouldn’t lash out. You should understand that this world and society has conditioned them to make fun of anything they’re not used to; they don’t understand it and might even be insecure about the fact that you understand something that they don’t, so they don’t listen. 

But this information is for everyone. It’s in everyone, literally in our DNA. 

Have you ever heard the saying, “Be the change that you want to see?”. It might sound like a cliche, but it’s very true, and applies well here. Keep going on your journey, keep rediscovering the world, keep taking in information. Don’t try to camouflage with everyone else. Don’t hide your consciousness, but don’t impose it on others. Share, but don’t force. If all conscious people did this, others would be surrounded by it more. They would see it everywhere; the frequency would have to affect them, and they would ask questions. They’d be curious, even if subconsciously, and thus more receptive to listen to what you have to say. They would have realizations on their own of who they are and why they’re here. 

So keep going. Keep learning, and by doing so, little-by-little you’re raising the level of consciousness on the planet.

I've always felt like I was different then everyone. And after doing some research I completely fit the Indigo child description. I'm so happy because I feel like I finally understand why I've felt that way. Upset that I can't tell anyone without them thinking I'm completely insane.

I’m extremely happy for you! It’s really satisfying for someone who has felt undeniably different all their life to find out that they are an indigo child and feel a form of validation for this isolation they’ve been feeling all their lives. It does come as a bit bittersweet, because you’re so excited that you’ve finally figured it out and opened up a whole new world of things to explore but you can’t tell the people you’re surrounded with because they just won’t get it. And, of course, you know that they don’t have to get it, but it would still feel good if there was someone who could agree with you and share in your excitement. But the best journeys are traveled alone, love. You will not always feel like this. 

Now that you know who you are, you will automatically attract people like yourself, energy that agrees with yours. Whether it be here at Indigo School or someone you meet in a cafe, you will find someone who will finally get it. (And the people already around you will start to get it soon too!)

Hey there! I'm an indigo, and I really believe that my sister is one as well. We're both very in sync with each other and she displays many indigo-like traits, however she just won't get on board with me. I drag her along to the metaphysical section with me in B&N, I try to teach her about crystals and suggest mine to take with her, and I've tried getting her into meditation, but other than the Law Of Attraction, she just doesn't seem to be very interested in spirituality. Any suggestions?

I suggest you meet her halfway! If she’s interested in the Law of Attraction, talk about that with her. Talk about that all the time, share your interest in it with her. In your conversations with her about it, expand on it more. Talk about ideas related to the Law of Attraction. Talk about why you think it happens. Iv’e found that speculating on these ideas, expanding on them, makes people more receptive and brings them to questions they never really asked. 

Relate certain things to her every day life. Tell her how dancing, writing, cleaning, or other concentrated activities are forms of meditation. Add that she can do simple in-and-out breathing exercises while she does these activities to practice mindfulness. 

Give her crystals without telling her why she needs them. Just let her choose some that she thinks are pretty and tell her to keep them on her person. The key is to make things simple and fun! With some patience, you’ll see that she’ll start to come to you with questions or comments after a while. It’s important to not make her feel like you’re trying to convince her of something, but to share something with her that you love. When you read books from the metaphysical section, tell her parts of the book that resonate with you. Just share them, don’t ask for her opinion or convince her that they are true. Expose her to how you feel casually, and I’m sure you’ll feel a difference. Hope I helped!

my best friend is a crystal child, and i havent found any resources to forward to her about it and i also want to buy her something related to this sorta stuff for her christmas, do you guys have any information about crystal children or any good present ideas for my best friend?? any help is much appreciated

For resources about crystal children: here and here. Those are the best ones in my opinion. 

For gift ideas: I might do an entire post on this for people who celebrate it, actually. By all means, get her crystals! You can find all kinds of beautiful crystals around your city or online. Crystals are not only beautiful, but they generate their own frequency that works in harmony with yours and their wavelengths have specific effects on us depending on the crystal. You can also get her: 

- A yoga mat so she can start doing yoga at home (since doing yoga at home is the wave man)

- Books! I ask for books every Christmas (among other things, of course). This is my personal Amazon wishlist of books that I really want to get. I recommend all of them. (I’m sure your friend has read The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life before, but if she hasn’t, I 100% recommend getting that for her above all else). 

- Crystal jewelry

- Incense. There are all kinds of incense. They smell great to burn when you want to just sit in your room and relax and listen to music, meditate, or whatever. There are also some kinds of incense, like nag champa or sage, that she can use to cleanse the crystals you get for her. (And if you get her incense, you can also buy pretty incense holders to go along with it.)

- Candles! There are chakra candles that your friend can burn. Burning these candles helps align and treat your chakras. (Candle holders would be nice too.)

- If you’re really willing to spend some money for her, you can buy her meditation/singing bowls. They’re usually on the expensive side, but they are great for healing. The beautiful sound they make carry a frequency that are good for healing out-of-harmony areas of your body, and good for meditation. 

- Orgonite devices/pyramids, which are great for turning negative energy into positive

what do you mean "plant a seed for them" ?

Plant the seed of consciousness in their minds. Mention something to them, anything you think that can help them and guide them in the right direction. Patiently explain some things to them. If they disagree, give you funny looks, or call you names, it doesn’t matter, because just telling them about it is planting the seed. The seed that you planted will be watered, nourished, and eventually bloom, but that’s up to the Universe and that individual. All you have to do is kind of give them a start and the rest will be taken care of. (But remember, I’m talking about people who are being resistant toward the information you’re giving. If they are open to it, I’m not saying to tell them “the rest is up to you”, you should totally help them along the way if they have questions.)

Hi! Well, of course the first thing I recommend is being active in Indigo School’s group chat, because there are literally over 100 amazing souls that are welcoming to anyone who wishes to join them (you can only be in the group chat if you’re a member).

Is it bad that I can't find any indigo children at my school? Like I wanna meet people who are like me, but it's like whenever I talk about consciousness or sacred geometry, they look at me crazy.

It’s not bad, a lot of indigo children (in fact, most indigo children) don’t know others like them in their school. A lot of indigo children experience resistance when they talk about these things. What I always tell people is that once you learn new things, it’s your responsibility to share them. I read a concept in a book about Hermetic philosophy, and I don’t remember the exact wording but it said that once you gain consciousness, you’re obligated to spread consciousness.

So once you introduce your friends and loved ones to these things, you’ve done your part. A lot of us get frustrated when our loved ones don’t listen, they judge us, they ignore us, they tell us we’re going through phases or that we’re following trends or that we’re involved in something dangerous/demonic. Pressuring them and trying to “fix” them is only going to drive you crazy, because it’s impossible. All you have to do is plant a seed for them, and the rest is up to them. Don’t take their crazy looks to heart!
