It’s the worst
seriously! it’s such a handy feature. ;___; ugh.
1, 2, 6, 8, 10!
2, 8 and 10 are here: https://wilczawisnia.tumblr.com/post/186963105274/2-8-10
1. Your favorite thing about Snape?
He works hard to fix his past mistakes. Sure, it doesn’t mean he didn’t make some new ones in the process, but it seems to me that sooner or later even these newer ones were in some way acknowledged and perhaps he even made some attempts to fix what he could about them. (That’s what CC makes me think at least.) And the thing is he didn’t lie about them. He may no speak about them at all or tell them the way he saw them (which, btw, doesn’t mean he’s right about them even if he believes in what he says and it can’t be also be called a lie), but he definitely didn’t pretend they never happened.
6. What about BrOTP?
Hm, tricky one. If I were to go by the books, I’d say Minerva and Severus. There seems to be a strong camaraderie between the two, and now I think, that despite her harsh words about how distrustful they were toward Severus because of his past, Minerva did trust him in some way, not only because of Albus’ assurance. Thus, Severus’ part in Albus’ death hit her badly, because she took it as the worst kind of betrayal, not only against Albus but also herself, because in her eyes Severus kept lying to her for all these years. Perhaps, she also couldn’t forgive herself for not being able to see through what she must have thought to be an act in that moment.
If I were to go for fanon/fanfiction, I think I’d pick Remus. I don’t know how exactly to explain it, but I feel they could really get along under some different circumstances. They’re both hiding some parts of their natures. Whatever kindness Severus has, he seems to see as a weakness. And Remus on the other hands, is to much into avoiding any actions that cold make other people lose their good opinion of him they have. Plus, I’ve always said their like mirror reflections. Distorted, true that, yet stil reflections. And the funny thing is that I’m not sure who really is the darker one here.

aha sorrrry I'm becoming the second type of person here, but I wonder a lot if this sort of discourse gets started partly by the architecture of the site itself (or maybe people are just obnoxious idk)
Naw, you’re fine!
I don’t mind people’s responses generally, and it was a post meant to go out there so that people who needed to see it could see it. The nice thing (and kind of funny thing) is that if you look through the replies, there are plenty of people saying how knowing things and learning things outside of art or movies or whatever actually *did* help them along. And also giving different examples of ways people could get new experiences that weren’t like... going on adventures or spending hours reading books. So if they took time to look at other conversations w/in this post that they’re yelling at, maybe they would’ve picked up on intention a little easier.
In any case, definitely think the architecture of the site contributes, because it’s easy to have this shit start to echo weirdly into certain circles of people whose context is completely outside of the original intended audience. I also feel that bc of reblogs, sometimes ppl react to a post w/ the baggage they hold for the person who reblogged it, not necessarily the person who wrote it?
And also, since they’re hearing it from a source who isn’t me, and they haven’t been following me, they’re devoid of the context of who I am and don’t have the time to look it up. There’s a lot of misunderstandings and assumptions about me, bc people who haven’t been followers for a while don’t know about things I talk relatively freely about. Like, my mental/cognitive disorders, past traumas, the culture where I come from, etc etc etc
The entire thing is really fucking weird. But I’ve had issues w/ anything suggesting ways to improve being met with this kinda stuff, this is just the most recent example of a big blow up, and it sucks having to dig through to find responses on other posts I made that I am interested in.
Showed Banana Cat to the kids I work with today and then the Harpy Gee short- they were singing banana cat for a solid hour afterwards and kept asking for more Harpy Gee! Your comic is one of the few I can recommend to almost anyone - it's got a ton of depth and hope and love in it and I'm glad I get to share it with people. Thank you again for your work!
Awww thank you! I try to make the comic accessible to as many as I can, it’s nice to hear! 💚

Oh weird I have the exact opposite problem! I can't forget faces I see and it leads to a lot of awkward moments where I can't figure out if I actually know someone or if they were behind me in a checkout line three years ago
I feel like we have the makings for a crime solving duo here. You remember the details and ID the perps, and I cobble the clues together (using the deductive skills I must employ in conversation to figure out if I’ve previously met a person) to solve the case...
These days I try to make up for it by being very friendly to everyone, in case we’ve met previously. Which is how I’ve met a lot of dear friends, actually!

You see a bunch of spider glands lying about up ahead and jog towards them hopefully, failing to notice the ground bubbling underneath your feet
Spider glands lying in the middle of a swamp mean tentacles which equal a chance for escape! In my haste, I fail to catch the malicious bubbling beneath my own feet. A giant tentacle plunges forth from the mud and slams into my unprotected chassis! I am momentarily stunned as it rears back for another strike. The visual input swirls around me, but my optical sensors catch enough information to conclude that Deerclops is still closing in.
(At this point, I rolled two dice, each six-sided, to determine the outcome between me and the tentacle. This information is in the PDF, but I’ll gladly explain if you’re interested!)

I, the magnificent clockwork creature that I am, force my body back to my command. I have a chance to dodge the tentacle, allowing it to strike Deerclops instead and thus draw its attention away from me.
I dodge the next attack. Does it successfully smack Deerclops and switch its aggression?
Anyone can answer.
