Laphicet hadn’t been around for so long, could you blame him for being out of touch with the world. He’d been confused since he’d started walking about again, his childlike curiosity matching the appearance of one who was only ten. He was however, far older.

The fellow malak caught his attention, but it was the way his clothes were that spiked his curiosity. He’d never seen anything like it! Approaching slowly, Laphicet waved his hand to catch the malak’s attention.

         Tch, she HATED getting wet and while she is GRATEFUL to have a vessel WITHSTAND the accursed rain, she naturally felt the NEED to blame the weather entirely on the water seraph across from her. Glancing over her eyebrows ARCHED, her lower lip quivering into an unintentional pout---glaring DAGGERS at the little meebo it was only a matter of time until she would VOICE out her frustration. POKING him ( although it was more like a jabb ) with a tip of her parasol, the earthern seraph made her demand.  ❝Fix it Meebo. Make it stop raining.❞

▌ four headcanons about our muse’s relationship { • }

i. 10/10 would throw mikleo into ladylake a second time. 12/10 expects mikleo to thoroughly douse him upon surfacing. worth it. sorey is respectful towards everyone, but with mikleo, there’s the comfort that comes with being best friends. the teasing, the playfulness, their competitive streak – it all comes natural.

ii. mikleo, you know you’re only borrowing those ear cuffs for awhile, right? gonna need those back (whispers it feels weird without them).

iii. while mikleo is aware of sorey’s favorites when it comes to snacks, sorey hasn’t really devoted to memory what mikleo’s favorites are apart from general likes & dislikes. combining their experience can result in quite the spread, though!

iv. mikleo will always be sorey’s best friend. no one or thing could even come close to this friendship they’ve forged. from beginning to end, he’s infinitely happy & grateful that mikleo came with him, adventuring together just as they had always dreamed.

Miyun could sense that there was something wrong with the waters here, a heaviness seeming to rush over her body and weigh down on her heart, however there is little that she can do. Even with her abilities, it seems that she could do nothing for it. She was not the medicine intended for it. Turning away, she had nearly ran into another, narrowly brushing past him.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t see you there.”

She wondered if he was worried about this, too.

“Ahhh, Mikleoooo...” he whined as he leaned heavily on the other.

“It’s too hot... Can’t you make it rain or something?” Just a casual little raincloud over them would be perfect right about now. Sure, they were supposed to be fishing right now, but all Sorey wanted to do was jump right into the river with the fish and escape the sun beating directly on them.

He could only imagine Mikleo must be near dying aswell, what with that jacket and black shirt on underneath.

“Hey hey, why don’t we skip fishing for now and go cool off? I don’t think the water is too deep..”
