With the launch of the Mahtari Dular Yojana, their worries have gone away. They have come to know that their brothers and sisters can also get the benefit of this scheme of Chhattisgarh government. Their fees will be arranged by the government, and scholarship will also be available. Jyoti said that this scheme has given her new strength. Hope the family will come out of the bad phase soon. Jyoti has thanked Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel for starting this scheme. A large number of children lost their families in Chhattisgarh during the second wave of Corona. Taking the responsibility of building the future of the children whose parents have died due to corona infection, the Chhattisgarh government has started the Mahtari Dular Yojana. Under this, the entire cost of education of such children is being borne by the government, along with scholarship is also being given to them. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has also announced to give priority to the children who want to take admission in Swami Atmanand English Medium School of Excellence started by the government.

No Solution Found Regarding Fee Hike Of Private Schools

Schools have increased fees and recovery is also going on from parents Bhopal . There is a controversy over the fee hike of private schools in the state. Private schools have also increased the fees arbitrarily, and strict recovery is also being done from the parents. This condition is not only in the capital, such situation is in the whole state, but there is no one to listen to the parents. By the way, the government has enacted a law two years ago to control the fees of private schools. A year and a half ago the rules have also been made, But till now the committees have not started work in the districts. Because of which the parents are not being listened to. Two such cases have come to the fore in the capital itself, in which parents are being asked to pay increased fees and wear new uniforms even in online classes. The government at first delayed enacting a law to control the fees of private schools. Then the school education department made the rules and now the parents are getting upset due to the lack of clarity regarding the formation of a committee to hear the fee matters under the chairmanship of the collector at the district level. Private schools have increased the fees by 20 to 65 percent in most of the districts of the state. These cases have come to the fore in the capital. Similar complaints are coming from other districts also. But there is no one to listen in those districts. Most of the cases are reaching the District Education Officer and they are leaving the concerned schools or parents on their own. Due to displeasure with the arrangement of the parents, some of these cases are also accessible to the Divisional Joint Directors. Minister of State for School Education, Inder Singh Parmar has said that a committee will be formed under the chairmanship of the Collector in the districts to hear the cases of pressure on children to increase fees or buy other materials. Its orders are being issued soon, but orders have not been issued yet. This committee will have to resolve the complaint within 15 days. This provision is in the rules of the Private School Fee Regulatory Act made to control the fees of private schools, but whether the committees have been formed at the district level across the state, the information about it is not with the School Education Department. In this regard, Directorate of Public Instruction, Director KK Dwivedi says that there is a provision in the Act to form a committee at the district level. A clarification was to be issued regarding this, which has probably been issued.
