RE: Induction Cookers need to use Good Quality Cookware
Never use a cheap Cooking Pot for your Induction Cooker like I did, always use the ones with the full Stainless Steel Bottom like the one on the LEFT.
The one on the RIGHT is supposed to be rated for use with Induction Cookers also, and it is, but it cooks very unevenly. Only certain Parts of the Pan was being heated, and it was being heated too quickly and too hot, leading to very uneven cooking, especially with Eggs.
I suspect this is because the Magnetic Parts of the Pan which the Induction Cooker heats up also is very uneven, resulting in cooking Problems.
The one on the LEFT cooks a bit less quickly but a lot more evenly, resulting in much better and easier cooking ...
