“They’re very safe, don’t worry.” Lobco reassured.
A part of her was saying this was a bad idea. After all, she didn’t know what effect Reiyn’s absence might have on her home. She had never taken anyone with her whenever she used these---and she certainly had never taken anyone who hadn’t already been aware of the existence of other worlds. She wondered if she was breaking some sort of unspoken rule here, if this small gesture could lead to ruin for Reiyn or spiral out of control.
Not to mention there was also the chance she could end up getting herself in trouble if they weren’t able to find a way back to their homeworld...no, no. Lobco shouldn’t think that. The only way that could happen is if somehow the two of them got separated, and Lobco wasn’t going to allow that. It’s not as if she were taking her to the Pitch World. That was a hellscape Lobco would never take anyone to.
This was home. Home was safe.
The redhead had come across Reiyn quite some time ago in her solo travels. She had found in this human an unexpected friend, someone of great will and strength, and with a curiosity and wanderlust that reminded Lobco so much of her own.
Thanks to the circumstances on Reiyn’s world (a not so little problem called Titans) the other had only ever heard of the ocean, and that was what lead to Lobco offered a long time ago to show her her home. There had been many visits since then, and now it was time that she make due on that promise. Now she was explaining the way that she could hop through worlds with the aid of her witch’s scrolls, one which she held in her arms now. It was not a tiny thing by any means, roughly three feet in length and two in width.
"Are you ready? It won’t be a problem if you’re gone for a couple days, will it?”
