In cooperation with the brewmaster of Estrella Damm, Inedit was made by chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler & sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from @el_bulli_ Restaurant. So on paper, this is supposed to be special but unfortunately @inedit another lager with orange and coriander. It’s not bad, but it’s not brilliant either probably because chefs and wine people made this beer?
