(sorry one more) How does Patrick's father react to the fact that his son is like scared to go out? Like just at first because eventually he totally gets it but like, what happens before he starts understanding? (what? I'm not...I'm not planning on writing a drabble for this ask, what...what are you saying?)
hes somewhere in the elven kingdom, completely unaware of patricks situation or that he even survived passed a few days old.
if your looking for his guardian, that would be his mom, the human kingdom’s queen c: shes a bit focused on other things (rightfully, patrick has decided over a long time thinking about it), such as diplomacy or keeping the kingdom from dissolving into anarchy. so, aside from a few measures to keep patrick safe, she hasnt exactly been paying attention to what patricks been up to, at least not much past the age of around 7.
patrick doesnt really mind, though. it gives him more freedom to stay in his room and rant to joe or write or play music or nap or cry or… the list goes on.
