Serious question.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it difficult to come to terms with the idea that we can't – as in, we will NEVER be able to – hug Aziraphale or Crowley in real life? 💛❤️

So… Hey. That’s me, Runa. Author of the blog. And before I’ll explain you what’s this all about, I’d like to say something to you. I’m suffering from anxiety disorder and depression for few years now. Sometimes it gets really hard for me to get up and do… anything, really. But this blog, this site and this people gave me energy to start doing something with my life. And may be stupid, but I wanted to do something for you lot as well. Because, hopefully, I’ll be able to help somebody out there, just like you helped me.

Now, along with my friend, @gagrawicz, we came up with an idea. We both know, that sometimes one really need tight hug, but have nobody around. That’s why we decided to repare this malpractice of universe, and give you all (!) an opportunity to get a hug from somebody special for you.

(Psst, those guys behind me agreed to help me, and offered their ineffable huggies for ya!)

If anyone’d like to join the challenge, you’re very welcome, my fellow artists! The tag we’re gonna use is #free hugs and #free hugs challenge.

To prevent chaos and differ Free Hugs from other commisions let set some rules:

1. Free Hugs are for people who want to hug but cannot. Let's respect that some artists make living out of commissions, so please, do not ask for cute art of you and your partner. We won’t do them as for the Free Hugs Challenge.

2. Free Hugs are not sexual - they're friendly hugs of friendliness, please don't ask for it.

and here few more suggestions from me, if you’d like to commit me a drawing.

1. A short description, of a photo of you would be rather useful, if you’d like the drawing to resemble you. If you’d like to be anonymous on the drawing, that’s non of the problem, I can draw you in a hoodie or something, I suppose…?

2. I have templates, but if you feel you don’t fit them at all, and you’d like to look thinner/fuller/taller/shorter, that’s no problem, just tell me what to do.

3. If you’d like me to draw you in a different pose or anything, that’s possible, but will probably take me a while longer.

So… that’s it for now, I guess. And I… Well, I just hope that you’re all doing great.
