Because I'm bored and felt like it. In no particular order. Feel free to add yours!
- Abed gets a crush on Troy really early. At first it's just like,, a regular crush because Troy's cute and pretty nice.
- It becomes way bigger ("shit, i'm in love with him" level) after the somewhere out there duet.
- Troy gets a crush on Abed a bit later, during the first Halloween party (during the end tag scene, when he says "it's nice to know other people think about this stuff")
- When they first started dating, they decided they'd sleep in the top bunk of the bunk bed. They fell the first night and Troy broke his arm, so they sleep in the bottom bunk, now. They still fall.
- They love giving eachother really traditional romantic gifts along with other real gifts. Like, red roses & special edition star wars DVD. At first, it was ironic, but it became kind of a tradition.
- They still ask Annie to move in with them. They say it's because it can get lonely just the two of them in there. They lied. They just couldn't afford the rent without a roommate.
- Annie, speaking of which, is highly invested in the relationship. They have cute "relationshipey" moments every once in a while and when Annie witnesses them she always says "Aww". Abed always reacts by saying "Oh, the audience loved it" and then Troy and Abed high-five.
- Speaking of the study group members
- Shirley hesitates at first, when she hears about the two dating. But she sees how happy they are and realizes they're already sinning a lot anyway, so it's fine.
- Britta is supportive. Slightly too supportive. She's really excited about her friends being gay, asks to hang out with them more, and pretends to be interested in the things they liked even tho she doesn't like them. She tones it down after they point it out, and becomes more normal about it.
- Jeff, on the other hand, acts very normal about it. Which means he pretends to be disinterested but secretly finding them cute.
- I don't know what a "Pierce Hawthorne" is. Never heard of that.
- You know that story of the two girls who planned to propose on the same day and ended up proposing to eachother? That's how I'm imagining Troy and Abed getting engaged
- Here's exactly how I imagine it goes down, actually :
- It's late on a random night, and Abed's brushing his teeth as Troy heads to bed. Troy sees him and just thinks "shit. I can't wait."
- He goes to his room, takes the ring then goes back to the bathroom. He says "Abed", who turns around, his mouth full of toothpaste, "Will you marry me?".
- Abed stares in shock for a full minute. Spits out the toothpaste, holds up a finger and then leaves.
- Troy is left on the bathroom floor PANICKED. But he doesn't know what to do so he just stays there, on one knee.
- Abed comes back, pauses, then kneels in front of him. He takes out a ring and says "Only if you marry me first".
- Annie is Troy's best woman. Jeff is Abed's best man.
- OH, and Jeff cries at his toast and NEVER admits it. It doesn't stop the rest of the group from teasing him about it.
