How long after opening can we take on more characters? The wording on the rules is a little confusing to me so I want to make sure I get it right!

𝐡𝐢  𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞  !  𝐬𝐨  ,  𝐲𝐨𝐮  𝐜𝐚𝐧  take  up  to  two  characters  max  when  joining  our  little  group  .  after  that  ,  we  ask  you  to  wait  for  another  week  before  you  take  another  character  .   &  after  that  ,  you  have  to  wait  two  days  to  take  another  one  .  we  also  won’t  allow  you  to  take  any  new  characters  before  you’ve  published  the  intro(s)  for  all  your  current  characters  .  this  is  only  so  we  people  wouldn’t  clog  up  characters  without  actually  developing  the  ones  they  already  have  .  if  you  have  any  more  questions  regarding  this  ,  please  let  me  know  !!

𝐰𝐞  𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲  𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞  𝐚𝐧  𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨  channel  in  our  discord  where  members  state  their  information  &  characters  they  play  !!  we  may  rethink  it  in  the  future  but  for  now  we’re  only  going  to  have  the  intro  part  of  our  discord  server  .

♢  ━   anonymous   asked   :   please  bear  with  me  i  just  want  to  clear  up  some  of  my  confusion!  if  we  didn't  give  an  alternate  name  for  our  character  in  our  apps  does  that  mean  that  their  name  is  still  just  their  canon  name?  and  their  fake  backstory/memories  include  some  sort  of  explanation  for  this?

𝐢𝐭'𝐬  𝐧𝐨  𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦  𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞  ,  𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭  is  why  we  are  here  !  if  you  don't  have  an  alternate name  for  your  character  ,  you  can  just  fill  in  the  gap  with  the  characters real  name  or  you  can  make  up  your  own  nickname    /    alternate  name  for  them  ,  it's  up  to  you  !  the  nickname you  choose  for  them  is  mainly  how  they're known around  the  island of  aurora  ,  at  least  up  until  they  start  to  get  their  memories back  .  you  can  decide if  your  character wishes  to  tell  others  their  real  name  .

𝐢'𝐦  𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲  𝐭𝐨  𝐥𝐞𝐭  𝐲𝐨𝐮  all  know  that  our  intro  template has  been  made   &    it  can  be  found    right  here     !    also  ,  you  are  allowed  to  post  your  intros  ,  if  you  haven't  already  started  to  post  them .

𝐨𝐮𝐫  𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲  𝐧𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬  𝐜𝐚𝐧  𝐛𝐞  found  in  the  discord  server  under  the  category   ‘  neighbourhoods  ‘  .  all  the  major  locations  can  be  found   right  here   but  the  neighbourhoods  are  listed  in  the  server  .  we  didn’t  list  them  on  the  blog  itself  because  neoughbourhoods  are  mainly  used  for  plots  plus     ━    that  way  you  can  more  easily  see  who  are  your  characters  neighbours  !!  i hope  that  helped  ,  dear  nonnie .

𝐢𝐭'𝐬  𝐮𝐩  𝐭𝐨  𝐲𝐨𝐮  𝐚𝐧𝐝  the  other  player ,  bubs !  you  can  make  your  character  thinking  they  have  a  completely  different  family  or ,  like ,  thinking  their  real  canon  family  is  actually  his  family  here !  and ,  also ,  even  if  they  don’t  remember  stuff ,  you  can  always  say  that  they  have  a  ‘ different ’  feeling  towards  the  characters  related  to  his  canon  life !  almost  like  an  instinct !

𝐭𝐡𝐞  𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭  𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫  𝐟𝐨𝐫  𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬  is  yes ...  and  no !  the  same  mental  barrier  that  prevented  the  memories  from  coming  back  also  prevented  the  characters  from  knowing  /  having  any  kind  of  recollection  about  having  powers  &  abilities !  so ,  while  they  still  have  their  skills ,  they  had  no  memory  of  it  or  how  to  access  it . ...  but  everything  is  changing  with  the  few  memories  coming  back ,  and  some  characters  can  start  feeling  weird  or  having  some  strange  things  happening  ( that  would  be  the  abilities  slightly  manifesting ) !  but  remember  that ,  for  now ,  it’s  all  very  subtle  and  the  muses  shouldn’t  be  able  to  use  the  real  range  of  their  powers !

𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭  𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲  𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭  𝐭𝐡𝐞  𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬  bub ,  i’m  here  to  help !  so ,  all  the  characters  think  they  were  born  on  the  island  and  have  a  fair  amount  of  fake  memories  about  growing  up / having  a  normal  life  there !  the  truth ,  however ,  is  that  they  are  there  only  for  the  past  ten  years :  so ,  everything  they  remember  from  more  than  ten  years  ago  is  an  illusion ,  while  everything  they  remember  from  ten  years  to  now  is  real ,  actually  happened !
