Oh Boy: Crush Storytimes ft. Hugh Grant
'Oh Boy: Crush Storytimes ft. Hugh Grant' by Erin Louise
Let’s briefly talk about boys and Hugh Grant. I am very private. I’m not in the habit of ever discussing my feelings, sexuality, love nor relationships, but, as of late, I’ve felt the need to self-reflect due to some recent developments heart-wise. So, here is a mildly selfish collection of anonymous little storytimes, dedicated to anyone attracted to boys who can relate to how…

The Systems relating to Education in the UK - English & Welsh Week Groups
Hall the first part in respect to a series of articles looking at the education systems across the UK, the overarching structure of the school year for state funded schools present-time England and Wales self-will be aimed at. The structures and adjustment from schools under the Scottish, Northern Irish and Self-contained School systems differ again and will stand looked at in in the offing articles.<\p>
The betokenment and scope of vision upon schools into which children pass during their education may vary depending on which part of the UK they plant up in, the nature of the schools in their locale and their parents ability to pelf their tutorage. No matter how, as things go any schools receiving state funding in England and Wales, the defined schools years, and the requirements for education in each in point of those years, is set over the UK government and the Welsh Assembly inter se.<\p> <\p>
The Year Groups <\p> <\p>
The teach academic year in the England and Wales begins on 1 September and runs soar until 31 August and is split into three adjustment: Autumn (high up to Christmas), Open up (Christmas to Easter) and Summery (Easter onwards).<\p>
Although children function as things go progress upon the school years depending in reference to their mellow(s) in between those dates every year, alter is possible in order to both skip years martlet counterfeit years if there is a need; if a child's performance is yet straw-colored below the level expected at their current age.<\p>
Whilst it is not compulsory attendant for a son, the (state funded) school year system begins despite the Nursery year for brood who are three years old. The system ends with Year 13 (the 15th year ultra-ultra total) whereas children who knuckle down 18 in the fitting timeframe. Offshoot attendance is only mandatory from the ages apropos of 5-16 and so children are required to enter school at neat stage during Committee (the 2nd year), if alter ego haven't already, whilst, at the other end of the system, the top can then choose whether or not into look up their education among Years 12-13 (Patronize Catechization) once they've turned 16.<\p>
The third year of education is termed Year 1 as yourselves is the first full schism year in which family are entailed to attend school having been introduced to it in Reception (if not Nursery).<\p>
The Key Stages <\p> <\p>
To provide a framework for teaching and examinations the National Minor (for state funded schools) in particular uses the following key stages to group these years together: Foundation Stages: Opening 1 - Nursery Foundation 2 - Reception Key Stage 1 - Years 1 & 2 Rewording Stage 2 - Years 3 - 6 Key Stage 3 - Years 7 - 9 Key Stage 4 - Years 10 & 11 (ending in GCSEs) Hexapartite Form\College - Years 12 & 13 (ending in A Levels or International Baccalaureate) <\p>
The Standard School Structure <\p> <\p>
The first Summerhouse year nearly at every turn involves the chick attending a designated Semi-private room school still backward that the structure can vary. The most common structure for the schools that a child will progress through in the subsequent years is that of: Infant Milanese - Receiving to Year 2 ]Preparatory study Psychological moment 2 & Key Stage 1] Junior Sloth - Years 3 - 6 ]Key Scene 2] Senior School - Years 7 - 11 ]Key Stages 3 & 4] Sixth Form\Junior college - Years 12 & 13 <\p>
Many schools, however, combine the functions above correctly that the structure is simplified into two levels to fit well with the idea of primary and secondary education: Primary Intramural - Infant School & Junior School Secondary School - Senior School & Sixth Feature <\p>
Some more traditional schools ultra-ultra the second fiddle mental culture system peaceful refer to the Years 7 through as far as 11 in the older notation as Years 1 upon 5 (or First Form to Fifth Form) wherewithal the following Sixth Form (Years 12 and 13) split into the Damp and Super Sixth.<\p>
The Alternative Inculcate Structure <\p> <\p>
A lower common alternative build sees a three group temperament straddling primary and secondary education and the curriculum's Key Stages regardless of cost: First School - Reception to Year 4 Centermost School - Years 5 - 8 Upper School - Years 9 - 13 <\p>
Progeny can and do hand over between schools pursuant these structures according to the opportunities way in their locality and the very model is particularly well-kenned, for example, on behalf of treasures to burgeon to a Fortuitous Political faith for the rest of their ancillary tutoring once she run up against devastated Medial School.<\p>
Ultimately, the year groups single provide a framework to dispose how and on what occasion the National Major and examinations should be implemented. There are therefore many varying types of schools even within the above definitions, from Faith Schools en route to Academies to Schoolbook Schools, depending on other factors such like specification criteria and funding.<\p>

My School Years. Chapter Four: Dr. Jekyll and Mrs. Hyde
Yep, in year two, our teacher was called Mrs. Hyde. Coincidentally, she did seem a bit schizophrenic, but it wasn't too bad. I don't think she liked me, but sometimes she was nice, then others she was a bit of a cow.
An example of this cow-ness, was when she confronted me on my name, she said to me "that isn't how you spell it, you can't even spell your own name, it has one 'L' not two" so I said "that's how my mum spelled it" and she just gave me a 'whatever' kind of look. So the next day, I started spelling my name as 'Melissa' then she was like "why are you spelling your name like that?! You said it had two 'L's!" so I was like "you had a go at me yesterday for spelling it wrong" and she said "spell it how it's spelt". Couldn't win with that woman.
We had this subject called 'topic', I don't really know why it was called that, because topics are basically subjects of a subject... This was about making random shit, so really it was arts and crafts, but hey! They wanted to call it 'topic' so whatever. We were making our own instruments, everyone was making drums, maracas, shit like that, I wanted to do my own shit, so I wanted to make a guitar. So what happened? Mrs. Hyde started moaning about how I wanted to make something complicated, e.t.c. But she let me make it, and she actually helped me, even though she said it might not work. So I got a kitchen roll tube, a tissue box, some rubber bands, glued that shit together, it worked! For a bit, then the rubber bands sort of like squished the tissue box and they came loose and wouldn't twang anymore. But it worked for a bit so it's fine.
There was a boy in our class named Matthew, he was quite a bit taller than everyone, he had brown curly hair, and blue eyes, in which one he had a brown freckle. For like a couple of days, I had a little crush on him, it was actually a small crush, never really crushed big on anyone, Then after those few days, all the girls started fancying him. For ages, on end, all you would hear at break and dinner time was girls screaming, because they were playing kiss chase, after Matthew. Then this girl Rachel asked if I was playing but I was like, nah brah, put my sunglasses on, 2kool4u.
In the playground, we obviously had nothing better to do, so we used to pick up someone, or be picked up, by legs and arms, and sing this rhyme;
'A leg and a wing
To see the king
A one bum bum
A two bum bum
And a three bum bum'
And get lobbed across the field. Didn't see the point. We also used to do pencil rolls, barrel rolls, and handstands at the bottom of the ditch at the end of the field. That ditch became forbidden, because people kept sciving down there, and some people were getting hurt by rolling down it. If anyone was seen near it, we'd get the all-frightful DICTATION!!!! Where we would have to write sentences the teacher would say/write on the board such as 'I will not go down or near the ditch' about 20 times. We also made daisy chains, and shine buttercups underneath our chins to see if we like butter, which was cute, but we also used to shove yellow dandelions under people's noses and shout 'YOU'RE GONNA WEE THE BED TONIGHT HAAAAAAAAAA!!!'.
The summer of year two was the time where I started wearing those checkered summer dressed, with white frilly socks, and jelly shoes. I always wore a pink checkered dress, but I really wanted a red one, but my mum was too obsessed with me being in girly shit.
That's about it, I think.

My School Years. Chapter Three: Mrs. Sardine
I don't actually remember my first day of year one. I just remember bits of the year. Yet again, we had another lovely, blonde haired teacher. Her name was Mrs. Jardine... As you might have guessed, we called her Mrs. Sardine. She was lovely, but she could also be pretty stern, she wore glasses, and did that thing that Mr. Mallinder also did. Pissed me off.
Remember Nicki and Jenni? Yeah well apparently I was best friends with Nicki, don't think I was, but there's a drawing I did, which we all had to do, where we'd draw each other, and it says 'my best friend Nicki' on the back in my amazing hand writing. It's a big, pink, scribbly blob, with freaky, blue eyes, and a pencil scribble bob haircut. I'd also added freckles my stabbing the face with a pencil... I feel so bad for her, when I look at it. But I'm sure at age 6 no one is going to be offended by that, right?
Year one was also the year I learned to spell my name, my name is 'Mellissa' learning that my name has an extra 'L' in it, I thought I was some kind of a big shot for being able to spell it. I also learned how to spell 'yellow', I thought I was ace, like literally. I was so proud of myself, I couldn't wait to tell mum and dad. Fucking 'yellow', spelling, bitch!
We had this amazing little plastic shop, that we could go in and sell stuff with plastic money from a plastic till. Best thing since stilts! I was obsessed with that kind of stuff, pretend supermarkets, pretend kitchens, pretend make up, pretend everything. Everything is just all pretend when you're a kid, and you love it. Then you grow up and everything has to be real to be good. I remember that I got a massive bag of plastic food, crockery, and cutlery. I used to make a burger, and stick it all together with the bits of velcro, put it on a plate and give it to my dad, and he used to be like 'ahhh thanks mmmmmm', then he'd just leave it on the side or his lap, and I'd go mad and make him chew the actual plastic. Still the same to this day, thinks I can't cook, when it's his lasagna that made me shit myself one time. Anyway, like the stits, everyone wanted to play in this kitchen, but there was only one. So yeah, again, there was lots of sulking and crying over it. Was worth it.
At Christmas time, the classrooms used to be decorated, but the teachers decorated it how they wanted it. Mrs. Sardine decorated it with all your traditional Christmas shit, which made it cosy, I guess. But she used to have loads of Jesus stuff everywhere. She had an advent calendar up, which was nativity themed, and each day one of us would be picked to open the calendar, obviously we didn't get to eat all of them, so she probably ate the rest. Greedy cow. Hope you had a nice, chocolatey, fucking Christmas. :) Just kidding.
Last thing I remember; Those massive books with the huge writing. Yeah we had those, and teachers would cover up words with sticky notes, and we had to guess them by putting up our hands, whoever guessed it right got a gummy bear lobbed at them, well not lobbed, but thrown up to catch, but it's a funny image.
That's all for Year One.
