the smile that comes to armand's face is downright devious, wicked in fact with the way it curves lips. eyes widen, bright oranges filled with more black and there's a certain skip in his heart that he imagines santiago will hear and enjoy.

the vampire's hand raises, santiago's chin gripped tightly for a moment before being turned to one side as if to allow armand to look him over. to assess as if he were some prize. such a pretty one. and armand counts it as a glorious win whenever santiago is like this, whenever he relinquishes all that bravado that claims him upon the stage. there's still such power there, even in the command of his words. but there's something fragile about it too that armand holds dear.

nail drags over skin of jaw before armand leans in-- nose rubbing against skin, just beneath ear, teasing ever so close to his neck. hot breath dances over santiago's skin as armand lets out a dark little chuckle. fangs descend, but only to scrape against skin. a tease that doesn't break flesh, doesn't draw blood. but oh, he can hear it as it pumps through the other vampire's body. he can smell it.

Daniel was staying with Louis in Dubai as his apartment was being retrofitted for his, well, new lifestyle. They had been getting closer and closer as time had gone on and while they weren't committed to one another, they were open to exploring things. Waking up, he saw that Louis was still asleep, leaning over him, he gave him a soft kiss.

Oh she was going to regret this --- she already knew that. Still, Bonnie pushed the door to the boarding house open. As she stepped inside, she cocked her head to the side, listening intently. She wanted to pinpoint his exact location before she laid eyes on him. She wanted to brace herself. Unfortunately, there was something but silence to greet her. Taking a deep breath, she closed the door behind her and walked through the halls, her entire body alert. Finally, she gave up the pretense that she was just going to sneak up on a vampire. She stopped in her tracks. "Damon, if you are playing hide and seek with me, I give up."
