His tail twitched just slightly and was propelled backwards a mere inch as the less than luxurious, soiled soft thing impacted his mask. It bounded from his face to the side of the bed where it seemed content to rest quietly as if nothing had ever disturbed it.
Infinite continued to look at Sardonyx, no part of his facial expression evident, but his tail swished in a graceful manner and his emotions clearly radiated sentiments of rapture.
He was silent for a good moment--like a ghost looming above her and assessing her soul.

"Do you sleep well at night, Sadie?" He questioned in a voice both tender and frightful. "Do you really find peace?"
He lowered himself softly down onto the bed, seating himself in front of her. "On what condition should I allow my dearest enemy to rest, I wonder?" He whispered, mischief lining his tone. His head cocked slightly as he regarded her disgruntled state. "Should I turn the whole bed to jello...?"
