I’m a deeply caring and strong woman, who isn’t afraid to love you fearlessly. But if you aren’t shielding my heart, or choosing to fight for me, I will choose to lay down my sword and walk away.

As an INFJ woman, I pride myself on my devotion. I give everything I can to you. I give my love completely. This applies in every aspect of my life. Be it, in relationships, friendships or my career. But when I feel that my continuous efforts are being taken for granted, my heart slowly starts to withdraw. My instinct kicks in to protect what is being forsaken, as my boundaries are there for my own self respect. And if I feel the balance is waning, the effort is not appreciated or reciprocal, I know I must walk myself away. Because there will always be others who are grateful for what I have to give, if you leave me with no other choice.
