zero journal of autonomous spaces and info shop in the archipelago
The multiplatform journal is influenced by alterglobalization movements, climate crisis and autonomous/ antiauthoritarian practices in the global south, Southeast Asian in particular. There is a synergy between Deleuze and Guattari, Negri and Hardt along with Bob Black, John Zerzan and David Graeber. Grounded on archipelagic configuration and informed by contemporary anarchist thinking and experiential processes of antiauthoritarian practices during the last 10 to 15 years. As a student from the province in a big liberal and non sectarian university and being involved with traditional left politics, alternatives and gaps are common place. Initially involved with anti-capitalist and culture jamming, engaged in global issues and local concerns. FNB, direct action, creative resistance, independent media are among many tactics. On a consistent basis, info shop have been hosting foreign comrades both from the West and Asia. It has been a good chance to validate and reinforce practices and processes.
The multiplatform journal would be an interface among autonomous spaces and info shop in the Philippine archipelago. Since November 2014, at least 30 participants from different parts of the islands gathered to process their experiences in organizing, maintaining and networking. By February 2015, there was an opportunity to reach to other networks through the Common Space and Swarm Bibliotheque as part of an art exhibit Ethos Bathos Pathos, one among many simultaneous activities during the bakawan Arts festival. At least five info shop got involved in the said project like Onsite, Etniko Bandido, Civ Lab, Marindukanon Studies Centre x Info Shop Marinduque and Over x Out. By July 2015, inspired by the Radioactivists and Shiroto Noran in Japan, Philippines also experiences manmade disasters like Yolanda, Zamboanga siege and climate crises. On November 2016, another round of autonomous spaces and info shop conference would be another platform to recuperate and share the contents of the multiplatform journal.

There’s an awesome anarchist space that can offer quite a bit trying to get started in Kansas City, MO. It just needs some money to get started. If any of you can, donate to the project and/or share. Learn more about the space and donate by clicking the link. These people are good people and friends of mine, and Kansas City really needs something like this.
To anyone I know who sees the post by folks asking for money to help start a new info shop in Portland:
I’d ask you to put your donations into just about any other projects. The last thing Portland needs is $15,000 (seriously? SERIOUSLY?) to go into what eventually will become another failing spot in that city centered around shitty identity politics. Aside from the fact that the people involved are not people who I would ever trust being politically involved with, the idea is just absurd- while potentially sounding cool or productive from the outside, when you have been in or around Portland’s radical/anarchist scene you should know better than to support a project like this. These kids want nothing more than for a ridiculous amount of money to have a cool hang out spot (you can use all the words you want to, to say what you’re going to do, but when it comes down to it- asking for that much money seems entitled, the first wrong step was starting a project this way instead of making it happen on your own and then asking for a little support from outside sources for SOME of what your need, not the bulk of it) when money like that could be spent on a million other things like, I don’t know, prison support? Anything else? It’s not cool and should not be going around the internet proposed as such.
The last thing I want is to feel like I’m posting drama, and I know my reasons for being opposed to this project are more vague than concrete here, but I still felt like this needed to be said at least to the folks I personally know that may hear about the project or see the posts going around (which I’ve seen on @news and now on tumblr).

Had a little info shop on film photography basics today by request of Jack. I drew up a little pamphlet for people to take away. Okay, mostly cause I like drawing little cameras and text. If I ever get my hands on a scanner, it'll be available to you world wide web. Cap gun not included, sorry.
