11 - They’ve won the lottery. Spend, or save?
You can bet your ass that Luke would spend as much of it as he could on clothes, a new camera and probably a new skateboard. He’d be too excited with the concept of being able to treat himself that he’d totally forget to be sensible and would strut around Riverdale with the nastiest outfits.
