juno wasn’t used to big city lights or cars everywhere. in ketchikan you didn’t really need cars to get to places. usually you could walk on foot from your place on the lake side and make your way down to the farmers market. in the winter you could use snowmobiles to get around also. she was blinking just looking at it, and she was shaking her head as she searched her pockets for a cigarette, lighting one up, before she was beginning to walk, only to have tripped on some stupid pavement, hands coming out to stop her from landing face first on the pavement, her smoke breaking in half. “perfect.” she mutters, getting herself up she dusted herself off, noting someone coming over to her. “i’m okay. the cigarette didn’t survive though. it was on its last leg anyway.” she murmurs as a sort of joke. “you okay? didn’t get injured or anything?” she asks, concern flooding her hue. she wasn’t always such a bitch. she enjoyed the company of others at times was a friendly person. it was how her gran raised her, she just couldn’t help that she was also rough around the edges at times.
