Peter slid down the wall, stretching his legs in front him. He let out a sigh of relief as he did no, happy to finally be off his feet. Pulling his mask off, he leaned his head against the wall, closing his eyes. Just for a few seconds. It had been a long day and he just needed a minute. Peter heard a voice in his head, but distant, not entirely coherent, more a noise then words. He ignored it, until he felt someone grab his shoulders, presumably, to wake him up. His eyes snapped open, spider senses kicking in. In one quick motion he jumped upwards, finding himself sticking to the wall above him, staring down at a figure with hazel orbs.

James really honestly had no idea what he was doing. She was so young, but there was just something about her that drew him to her. Maybe it was her intelligence, or her sense of humor?
