February Favorites! | YouTube Ah, this was so much fun! I decided to do a monthly favorites, just because I've not done one before.
Going to Jail | Daily Diary #7 I had a fantastic day checking out the Kilmainhain Gaol with my cousin and spending the afternoon with the Dublin YouTube Explorers in the Decorative Arts and History Museum!
Rock Thief | Daily Diary #6 I was a little cheeky today and stole some rocks from the beach which I know, I shouldn't have, but -well-, I lack self control. We also hiked up to the Bray head and ate some chips on the beach.
Pancake Tuesday | Daily Diary #4 In all honesty, these were the best damn pancakes I have EVER made. The recipe is here: and I'd recommend frying the apple slices in a buttery pan before mixing them with the rest of the batter. It makes such a difference, and it's so tasty!
The Squeakiest Bed | Daily Diary #3 Today was a rainy, food filled day, which is great, because those happen to be my favorites.
