It was always so difficult. She always acted like she was okay, that she was beyond the point of what was happening to her, but she was no stronger than she was when she had been a child.

     Margot hadn’t stopped to think rationally. She didn’t think that she needed to fix herself up or that her injury may need tending to. All she knew was that she needed to get away from Muskrat Farm. She had never been able to do that in the past, but now she had somewhere to go, somebody that had her best interest in mind rather than their own.

     It was something of a drive to get to the home of Judy Ingram. Perhaps the hour it took there while she wasn’t in the best condition wasn’t the greatest idea she had made, but she felt it was the best thing she could do. It was either that or stay in her vulnerable condition around the man that had hurt her in the first place.

     She parked her car in the driveway of Judy’s home and knocked at the door, waiting at the door, trying to keep her strong façade up. Margot knew that she couldn’t keep it up for too much longer.
