Ángel doesn't look very happy but he gained sentiments about both firefighters.
Ingrid: I'm so sorry Fröja. I know I should have tried to save him, but I just didn't know what to do, and those firefighters looked professional enough, and someone needs to take care of you and Luna too. I hope he's alright.
Sverre Hjon, one of the servants in the Warg household, met the reaper. The only one who cried for him was the household’s other servant, Ingrid Andersson.
Ángel and Ingrid were having a bush woohoo when I got the notification 😭 Can't believe Mila Munch and even cousin Ezequiel were there witnessing Fröja's passing away but not these two 😭
Rashidah's student exchange in Windenburg (Part 4: Annoying day)
Rashidah woke up feeling a bit down. It's not easy to get used to a new place.
Luckily Fröja never fails to make Rashidah feel better. :3
Thanks to Fröja Rashidah felt motivated to learn some Windenburgish, even though she doesn't even really need it to communicate with Fröja, because Fröja is a dog and doesn't speak any human language.
Unfortunately, she had a bad day at school. She had said something stupid and the whole class laughed at her and she still doesn't know what was so funny about what she said. Besides a seagull pooped on her when she was queueing for the ferry.
Ingrid: So how was school today?
Rashidah: Don't even ask... Luna is such a cute cat.
Everything in Windenburg feels so stupid, the language, living on a boring island and having to take a ferry to get to school every morning. She didn't want to talk with Ingrid anymore, and not to pronounce a word in this useless language that's not Simlish.
She was so annoyed that she just decided to have her dinner while running around the island hoping not seeing anyone.
The Andersson-Fernandez family went camping, because Ingrid needed to collect some herbs for her aspiration. All three of them love outdoors, but for some reason this time Lucía rather stayed indoors with the pets. She just wants to get back to Windenburg.
Rashidah's student exchange in Windenburg (Part 1: Arrival)
Ingrid can't believe her daughter Lucía is going to spend the whole spring term in Henford-on-Bagley and that an exchange student from HoB is going to live with Ingrid and her husband. She's a bit nervous, because she really hopes Rashidah Watson will enjoy life in Windenburg.
Ingrid: I'll come to the meet you and Rashidah right after work so we can all come home together.
Ángel: No need to hurry. Me and Rashidah can have a cup of coffee while waiting for you.
Of course their dog Fröja is sick today.
Ángel: Don't worry, I have time to take Fröja to the vet before picking up Rashidah.
Á: What's going on with these vets? Why are they always so sleepy?
Ángel: Hello, is this Rashidah Watson? Yeah, it's Ángel Fernandez. I'm sorry but our dog is sick and we are at the vet now, we'll come to pick you up as soon as we can.
Rashidah: Oh, okay, I guess I'll just wait here then.
Quick Simlingo session while waiting. Rashidah's Windenburgish skill is only level 1, so she needs to practice whenever there's a chance.
Waiting makes one so nervous!
Rashidah: Uh, god dag!
Ángel: God dag! So glad to finally meet you! I'm so sorry for being late. How was your journey? Would you like a coffee before heading home? If it's okay, we could wait for Ingrid, she's going to get off work soon.
R: Coffee would be lovely, thank you.
They're chatting in a café when Ingrid arrives and it's time to go see where Rashidah is going to live for the next few weeks.
Rashidah's student exchange in Windenburg (Part 3: First day)
It's Rashidah's first morning in Windenburg and Ángel woke up early to make everyone some breakfast.
After a good night's sleep, Rashidah feels already better about living in a cottage on an island.
Ingrid: God morgon! Are you excited for your first day in Windenburg Gymnasium?
Rashidah: Morgon! Yes, can't wait to meet some cool city people!
After Rashidah's school day, she meets Ángel and Ingrid in Olde Platz of Windenburg and after looking around they are going to have a dinner in a restaurant.
Ingrid: So how was your school day?
Rashidah: It was fine but I got a school project.
Ángel: I can help you with that.
Rashidah enjoys the food, at least it's better than what ever that school lunch was.
Rashidah's Windenburgish really is rubbish.
Rashidah: So the school project is something about electricity, it seems rather interesting really, you get logic skill from that. Were you serious that you can give me hand with my plumbing?
Ángel: Please... uh... Never say that again. Thanks.
Rashidah can't believe of all the people Ángel scolded her for inappropriate language, and it wasn't intentional anyway!
Rashidah: I didn't mean it like that!
Back home the first thing is to do Windenburgish homework. Ángel and Fröja help Rashidah with it.
Next it's time for the school project. Fröja surely is the most helpful dog in the world.
Rashidah's student exchange in Windenburg (Part 2: New home)
Rashidah: Nice to meet you Ingrid, can't wait to see where I'm going to live this semester!
The home of Ingrid and Ángel is in the Crumbling Isle so they had to walk to the ferry departure point.
Rashidah: How long does the ferry take?
Ingrid: Around 15 minutes. They go 4 times an hour. It seems we have to wait for a while.
Rashidah is a bit disappointed. She wanted to go to a real city for her student exchange so an island really isn't what she imagined.
It got dark while they were taking the ferry. The fancy modern houses made Rashidah more excited about this whole thing. She already imagined herself in one of those huge houses with massive windows.
Ingrid: Here we are, let's go!
Ingrid: Välkommen!
Rashidah: It's a COTTAGE! How is this any different from my home in Henford? You have chicken and all!
Ingrid: This is our Lucía's room and yours now. If it's not your style, you can decorate the walls to your liking and we can put the scouting board somewhere else too, unless you need it.
Rashidah: No thank you, I'm not a scout and don't aspire to become one.
Before going to sleep, Rashidah made friends with Fröja the dog.
It's not what Rashidah expected but maybe she can get used to it.
