Hello!! 🩵 I can absolutely work off of a text description and have done so multiple times for custom design commissions specifically in the past! If you were hoping for a commission other than a custom, however, you can still absolutely describe the character to me, but providing an image, even if it's just a sketch, would help me draw them more accurately to how you see them in your head :) this kind of process might lead to me having to make more revisions during the sketch process and would most likely involve me charging a small fee! I'm definitely open to it though, thank you for asking! <3
