Initial Strength Test (IST)
I performed: - 6 chin ups - 62 sit ups - 1.5 mile run I won’t say, but I still passed
Although I have about 4 months left until I leave for MCRD, I still have A LOT of work to do. My goal is to get the perfect score, so I need to push myself harder.
Note: It’s really helpful when you know your strengths and weaknesses, that way you can focus more on those areas that need improvement. Sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone can result to great changes. Be hungry to learn new things to better yourself and not only am I talking about fitness, but that also applies to many other things in life. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”
