3 mos pre-pregnancy β‘οΈ 6 mos PP β‘οΈ almost 1 yr PP I see so many changes in the women in these pictures, and I restarted my journey in picture #2. Confidence and motivation are so much more pure and genuine than they were back then. My body feels so much better, my clothes fit differently, I prefer healthy food over processed crap (although I'm human and let'sbe real, sometimes it is a good splurge). I love my superfoods shake I get to drink every day, I can see a difference in my body, and how much more muscle and tone I have gotten from all my hard work ππͺ . . How I feel from these past 6 months is why I am now a health and fitness coach, and why I want to help other women in their journey to confidence and self-love. There's a reason I do what I do. Because even when I don't want to hit play some days, I do it because I only regret it when I don't.
