I miss exercise...
A word of advice- don't strain your hamstring. You will be unable to exercise and will be miserable. I did some icing and electro-stimulation(?) today, and I'm hoping I'll be back in softball practice for Monday.
In other news, I ate relatively well today, until I stopped at a diner for dinner. I had half of a crispy chicken wrap. Not the healthiest, but it was darn good. I definitely have a better relationship with food now- I recognize when I make less-than-perfect choices, but I don't beat myself up for breaking free from strict diet constraints.
