You have got to be kidding me!!! I completed 17 races this year without injury and I pull my hamstring as I grabbed my 90#+ dog to put him in his time-out spot for fighting with either his sister or the cat or both. I yelled so loud when i heard it pop that both dogs freaked out. One happily ran out into the garage and the other hid in her crate. This pain better go away before my trip next week! I miss exercise...

A word of advice- don't strain your hamstring. You will be unable to exercise and will be miserable. I did some icing and electro-stimulation(?) today, and I'm hoping I'll be back in softball practice for Monday. 

In other news, I ate relatively well today, until I stopped at a diner for dinner. I had half of a crispy chicken wrap. Not the healthiest, but it was darn good. I definitely have a better relationship with food now- I recognize when I make less-than-perfect choices, but I don't beat myself up for breaking free from strict diet constraints.
