Morning routines !!

KYUVEL He wakes up really early- he's definitely a morning person! He'll get up right away and sometimes try to catch the sunrise ( his favourite time of day !! ), before heading down to a nearby waterfall or river to preen in the mist, smooth out his hair, put up his ponytail, and whatnot. He can spend a good hour grooming if he wants, carefully bathing without drenching his wing, but most of that time is spent on cleaning his wing separately. Dust and debris gets caught in its feathers fairly easily. :c After that, he pretty much just puts on a clean outfit for the day and is ready to face the world. uvu

His morning routine is a little different following the occasional nights he spends in the company of someone else, but eh-  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

THEO Years of boarding school have trained him to rise early ( around 7am), but you might catch him sleeping in much later if he's been out and about chasing after his belongings overnight. |D He yawns a lot as he’s getting up and brushes his teeth and such in a half-awake state. It's a mystery whether or not he even attempts to comb his hair, since it sort of always looks like a gigantic fluffy mess- |D; He likes to have a breakfast of toast and tea and other such things, and then he'll be out the door- .. once he remembers that he needs to go and get changed first oops !!

DREVYN & GHASHNAR The two of them live together, so they pretty much share the same morning routine!  (´,,・ω・,,｀) Drevyn gets up somewhere around 5:45am and is already making tea and fixing breakfast for both him and Ghashnar before the latter is even up. Ghashnar tries his best to get up early with Drevyn, but doesn't usually end up conscious until 6:15am or so- but even that requires effort on his part. He'd normally get up at 8 or 9am otherwise. Once Ghashnar joins Drevyn in the kitchen, they'll have a quiet humble breakfast together and talk about things like the day's plans, new research ideas Drevyn thought up while he was waiting, or how Ghashnar's plants are doing. It's always a happy and relaxing time for them both. They'll do the dishes together and then take turns washing up faces and shaving if necessary, but that's essentially it since they both prefer to bathe in the evening. Neither of them spend very long in the bathroom. Then it's just changing into work clothes and going their separate ways for the day's tasks!

and then I didn't feel like writing anymore so that's all there is for now- (*´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

What they're like on one hour of sleep:

KYUVEL He's a little frazzled, but you might not be able to tell unless you know him really well. He does his best to mask his exhaustion, which generally means he's very good at it. Maybe a few strands of hair not lying in place with the rest, or his smile is a tiny bit more far away than usual. He won't be so quick to talk and probably seems a little more subdued than usual, considering he's normally a pretty social person. He manages to make it through the day with minimal casualties, but slips away early and collapses in a heap of ruffled feathers to sleep once he gets home. The next day, he's appalled by the state of his hair and feathers and eyebrows. |D

THEO He's so far gone, either softly babbling about something nonsensical while his eyelids are drooping, or standing next to you, but the next thing you know his head's on your shoulder and he's out like a light. And then you move and he immediately jumps up like, "hELLO YES I'm awake !!" only to repeat the process a few minutes later. Poor kid's only 16, give him a break- |D He makes no sense the entire day and is constantly fading in and out of conversations and consciousness until he falls asleep on someone's couch in the evening, and has to be carried back home. He's also probably one of those people whose friends take embarrassing sleepy photos of, but no one has the heart to make fun of him for it because he's too endearing. =w=

DREVYN He's still ready to greet you with a smile and a cup of tea first thing in the morning, though if you look closely you can see the effects of fatigue at the edges of his expression. He's so mellow in general that it can be really hard to tell that he's actually extremely tired, but then, after all, he is an academic and has run through the night on a new train of thought many times. Those research avenues might not be remembered in the morning!! He makes it through the day just fine. It's when he's been up for a couple of days in a row that he starts to lose his sense of what he's doing, but by then he'll admit defeat and take a nice long rest.

GHASHNAR He feels like he can barely move, and probably would not manage to drag himself out of bed except for the fact that Drevyn is waiting for him. Everything is difficult and for the most part, he just tries not to do anything too demanding because he doesn't trust his body not to accidentally hurt itself or something when he's so unalert. Even though he's not a stranger to this level of exhaustion, as it's something he experiences after a long night trapped in his werewolf form, he never actually gets used to it.

IMRAN Tired as all hell, but gets up in the morning to make breakfast for his younger sibling. He's in no condition to work though, so he'll take a day off and pretty much just sleep away the entire day. There's absolutely no hope of him staying conscious for the whole day, honestly. I don’t even know if you’d be able to wake him up once he’s passed out haha. |D

RA'VIRR hella old design that I need to redo but it’s the only pic I have lol. Literally does not give a crap because if necessary, he'll spread his hour out into fifteen minute interval naps throughout the day. He's good for at least three days this way, but maybe it'll catch up to him later. he shrugs.

So recently, I actually got a hold of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance ( the FE game I was super interested in long before I ever thought I’d be able to get it omg )

And I wrote a couple of posts about it in my excitement before I realized,

Hey, writing these posts is really fun and I’d actually like to document these first impressions because first FE game ever and first time playing FE9 aaaa

So anyway

more PoR ramblings >w>

Yesterday was.. really something LOL. The day before I ran through the map really quick just to get a feel for what units / hazards I’d have to deal with when I actually attempted it properly but

I wasn’t paying attention to the boss and RhYS DIED AGAIN JDJDKFD I don’t even rmb when he got hit before that omg And I’m so ashamed of myself, I was supposed to be taking better care of him- ; ___ ;

I mean, it didn’t matter since I was never going to use that run anyway but still- :< ( I was tempted though Ike got seven stat growths from one level up wth he’s cheating- ) |D

But man, today everyone’s growths were either awful or mediocre like 1-3 stats for the most part |D

And SOREN, ohmygOD Soren- Everyone was having great luck dodging hits and not taking any damage And then ofc Soren gets to wreck someone But when he levels, He gets n o t h i n g No stat gains at all

And he did this tWICE LOL I literally reset the game twice for you you little- |D Aaaand then in the run where he ~finally~ got some stats, literally everyone took damage and also Mia killstole from him instead of weakening LMAO..

Soren, why u do this to me :c I am very betray

Hopefully everyone’s growths turn out okay because I don’t really want to reset this map ~again~ because of bad RNG, but I mean should be fiiiine.. probably |D;

If not I’ll just solo everything with Ike /brick’d/

In other news, I thought the bf would really enjoy Portal and I actually got him to play it a while back! He just finished it yesterday and really really enjoyed it kekeke my plan was a success- ( •̀ヮ•́ )و
