I don’t think I ever shared this on tumblr, but here’s another video of how I paint/wash with ink and masking film. A list of tools and materials for anyone interested:

▪️Fabriano hot press studio watercolor paper 200g

▪️Low tack frisket film for masking

▪️X-Acto knife for cutting the film

▪️Small waterspray bottle

▪️Hairdryer

▪️Royal Talens Indian ink

▪️Flat & round watercolor brushes

▪️Pigma Micron 01 pen

as requested i very crappily recorded how i go about my inktobers this year lol i havent ever rly recorded my traditional process so this is extremely uh. yknow. not great technical wise ,,,,, ill work on the angle and getting my phone not to get out of focus so easily...trial n error!
