New inks! My dear friends went to Japan earlier this summer and picked me up a bottle of Kobe Ink in Ginza Gold Sepia. I also picked up Sailor Shikiori Rikyucha in Philadelphia this weekend, sight unseen as a little treat. On this paper it's going on a little green but seems to be drying to a khaki.

In that same trip, I also picked up a Midori MD memo pad and a cute little ink sample card set in the shape of ink bottles. The person running the till really liked my Witch Hat Atelier tote bag and I was thrilled to be there with some of my friends.

For @foervraengd, and anyone else who fell in love with the Lamy Dark Lilac limited edition ink:

Pilot Mixable Colour Violet cartridges are pretty much a spot on match for color. The downside is the ink only comes in Pilot cartridge form, which is proprietary. The upside is that you can get lower end (but still great quality) Pilot pens rather cheaply in order to use the color--the Metropolitan, Plumix, and Penmanship models being the cheapest, Prera being somewhere in the middle, and expensive models being the Vanishing Point, E95s, etc.
