Yeaaah sadly he can't speak. He tries so hard but fails to speak. The most he can do is make noises.
Annnd here is INK N's ref sheet! Honestly love how it turned out! He can have 2 different sets of eyes and still glows. Even though he is corrupted by ink, he's still the same N we all know and love! He isn't that hostile don't worry.
