Eternity. Colored inks on paper 9x12 in. Commissioned piece. Eternity is a fictional cosmic entity appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by scripter-editor Stan Lee and artist-plotter Steve Ditko, the character is first mentioned in Strange Tales #134 (July 1965) and first appears in Strange Tales #138 (Nov. 1965). This one has been sitting on my table for awhile and have been trying to get to it. Finally was able to get it done. Close to my home there is a little tower that is halfway crumbling to the ground. It is covered in ivy and the stones are not all there. I used it as a reference for this ink illustration, I love working on textures in black and white.
