It was rumoured that this was the legendary DLC Subway entrance to Cephalopolis or somewhere different entirely. It was closed for a reason....... It could be open with a nominal fee of real life dollars. If it was open, it could connect Octolings to Inkopolis for the first time. BUT Someone has to go down there and clear out what ever was blocking in the subway.... Someone has to........ And then there is the underground abandoned Mall entrance next to the Arcade but that is another story
