I had a dream last night that the latest story mode (Raiders or Splatoon 4 can’t say) introduced a character named Innimaki. She’s an octoling who didn’t really have any crazy features, I couldn’t recall much besides her face, hair, and color palette. I do remember her being pretty chill like a “sup dude” kinda gal. Anyways Nintendo for some reason decided to explicitly announce that she was in an established relationship with Marina, which IMMEDIATELY pissed me off and I KNEW the fandom was gonna explode since Pearlina is probably one of the most popular ships in the fanbase
