Okay, I think we’re finally getting the hang of these olympic games now, but...something still seems off? I mean we’re counting this as a win for Inkplot, but I thought the match would last longer. I must just be a prodigy at fencing. What’s something you’re naturally talented at?

Comic Olympics 2020!

How to Participate:

Draw, write, animate, photograph! Get creative in depicting any part of the olympics, from starting ceremony to closing. Use original characters or those from your favorite fandoms; show your chosen athletes compete in real games or make up your own.

Then use #comicolympics2020 and tag @inkplotcomix and we’ll share your work on our story! Repeat as many times as you want between July 24 and August 9, 2020.

And most importantly, the point is to have fun so let your creativity!

Sketch’s hot take on marker quality as a totally serious art major. Apparently, it’s hard to get over those first loves, even when you can’t be perfuming a whole art gallery with Sharpie vapors. I personally think disrespecting Crayola this way is blasphemy of the highest order but “i’M nOt An ArTiSt.” What’s your ‘to die for’ marker?”

It’s that special time of the year again! You know, when we celebrate three holidays all at once? Sketch hates seeing the color storm from all of these decorations at once, and I don’t believe it’s fair that I can’t even breathe Halloween before October 1, but Christmas overtakes those aisles TWO months early more and more each year. What are your feelings about Hallothankmas?

Sketch has informed me that the K-pop band BTS is releasing a single this Friday, and since #dynamiteiscoming, me lying on our calendar about our weekly content is a violation of our friendship trust. I’ll admit, as the person who showed her this group, I should have known better than to use such an acronym. The confusion has been pretty devastating. Not sure when I’ll be getting her out of that room. Definitely won’t be doing any Behind the Scenes comics anytime soon.

I love love love Halloween and officially, pumpkin spice flavors are released September 1, so the spooky season should be allowed to start now! But Sketch felt it would be wrong to subject you all to two whole months of themed comics. Also she hates spiders, so the less she has to draw the better. Thus......we wait. When do you feel it is too early to celebrate Halloween?
