Student Helper - One of the reasons Ed wanted to become a teacher was to help his students out with anything going on in their life. So, when your character came to him, asking for his help with something, Ed assumed a protective role over them, wanting to make sure that they were always okay and happy, no matter what. OPEN (Ages 14-19) 

Unlikable - Everybody knows that Ed is your usual happy-go-lucky guy, and most are accepting of that. Apart from your character, who wishes that Ed wasn’t so happy and smiley all the time, his constant joyful attitude bothering them immensely. Though Ed doesn’t realise this, your character doesn’t like him much and tries their best to stay out of his way. OPEN (Ages 16+)

Pet Friend - Ed loves his dog, Polly, just as much as your character loves their pet. The two of them have bonded over their pets, always talking about them whenever they meet up, discussing the ins and outs of having pets and creating a strong friendship over the time that they’ve known each other through their pets. I’ll clarify publicly as well that NEW MEMBERS (or just new characters of old members) are more than welcome to participate in the plotting task! They just wouldn’t have the July 1st suggested deadline because obviously that would be pretty soon. Remember that our goal is to get at least THREE plots filled per person so do be checking back and considering the open plots every once in a while! Let us know if you have any questions!

♦ New Girl - Since graduating high school and transitioning into the new college life—such as moving in and meeting her roommate—Freya has found that she hasn’t quite found where she fits in. It was easier when she was classified as a Punk, but now that she’s at Northwestern, she only feels more uncomfortable. Your character is someone she’s familiar with and whom she has no issue confiding in. She doesn’t know whether she considers your character a friend or not, but they are someone she is comfortable with. OPEN

♦ Tale Isolde As Time - Growing up, Freya was always living in her sister’s shadows. Isolde was prettier, smarter, and she was capable of making friends easier. With this territory came Freya’s jealousy, and her older sister had a few friends that recognized this but rarely did anything about it. Your character is one of these friends. They’ve known Freya since she was little, and they care for her, but it’s mostly from afar. OPEN

♦ Waterworld - It’s not secret that Freya has an obsession with mermaids. Because of this, she takes frequent trips to Lake Michigan over the summer, where she lounges on the beach for hours at a time and sunbathes. However, when she met your character there one day, she found that it was rather easy to bond with them. Not only does your character let the brunette ramble for hours about oceanic facts and mythical creatures, they also bond over books, music, and sometimes movies. She considers your character to be a close friend, and someone that she would like to keep around. Ft. Bentley

Karaoke Buddy - There is no doubt, Penny has a passion for singing, and very often you can find her at her favorite local bar on their Karaoke night rocking out the mic. Your character is quick to become her Karaoke buddy, planning out each new song and who would sing what part. - Taken by Copeland.

A Little Extra Cash - With medical bills stacking up, Penny has looked to using her talent for a little extra money. Putting in the paper for singing lessons, your character was quick to grab at the opportunity, whether it’s to brush up on your character’s natural talent or to start from scratch, Penny is more than happy to help. - OPEN

Little Brother’s Best Friend - Your character is Penny’s sixteen year old brother Issac’s best friend, often over at their house, your character has become pretty close to Penny as well, creating a sibling like bond between the two of them and a someone your character can go to when they need someone to talk too. - Taken by Quinn

New Roommate - With her father slowly getting better, Penny finds their tiny little house harder and harder to live in. Maybe it’s the memories, or the space now that Issac is older, but she seeks out for a roommate, your character and her decide to move in together, whether both were looking for places to live or your character just happened to have a spare room. Either way, it works out for Penny because it’s close to her parents place. - OPEN

Wanted Plots

Biggest Fan - It’s no contest Salamander has some of the most devoted fans around, especially in the area, your character is their biggest fan, at least in the Brookfield/Chicago area. (Could be an old regular hook-up of Jazz that’s up to you) Jazz always sees your character as does the rest of the band, and like most regulars to their concerts they know your character by their name. - JD

Ex Hook-Up - There is no doubt about it, Jazz has a problem with keeping it in his pants, your character is an ex hook-up of his (male or female it doesn’t matter), whether or not he remembers it, remains to be seen, he generally never really remembered any hook-up or cared too, which makes for the next time your character and him speak particularly awkward. - OPEN

Breaking Barriers - There’s no doubt about it, Jazz keeps the people he’s close too, close for a reason, not many people know of his past, the bullying, his attempt in suicide, or even his anxiety but the people in his band and their loved ones. Your character senses something about him, and slowly starts to break down his barriers, whether or not he’s fully ready to trust your character remains to be seen but he’s slowly starting to accept your characters friendship. - OPEN

Crushed - Your character is a student of Darien’s whether it be in class or on the swim team. For a long while your character has formed an innocent crush on him, even through his pending romance with his girlfriend, though now that his life is starting to change and him and Lorelai are expecting, your character is all but crushed by it all, so much so their attitude has completely changed towards the elder. - Taken by Jaycee

Rivals - Your character was a classmate of Darien’s, always on the opposite end of Darien’s success, whether it was in sports or academics, so much so it created an unhealthy competition between the two. Boys will be boys they say but there is nothing nice between the your character and Darien. - OPEN

Unlikely friend - There are certain things Darien is good about, making friends really wasn’t a problem. When your character appeared though that was for sure something Darien couldn’t deal with, everything was always ten levels of tense for your character making it hard for Darien to even attempt to try, but slowly you two casually begin a friendship that has everyone confused by. - OPEN

Swim student - There’s no doubt about it, Darien’s life revolves around swimming a lot. From the Olympics to coaching it, but to make extra cash he also teaches on the side, two hour’s on the weekends, and even private lessons. Your character hires Darien to give them or maybe a sibling or child private lessons, for obvious reasons. Darien doesn’t say no either, the extra cash is always welcomed. - OPEN

Wanted Plots

Questioned Sexuality - There’s no denying that Declan has had an issue with his sexuality for a long time, even before Cordelia, he was uncertain as to why he felt the way he did by both men and women, even now he’s completely uncertain fully by it. Though happily taken, he still has questions. Your character is the key to helping him figure it out. - OPEN

The One Who Asks Too Much - Declan’s home life is unhappy one, many nights screaming can be heard between him and his parents, rightly so, Declan’s never felt right in his home life, always ignored, the disgraced child, so he picks fights easily so maybe just to get his parents to notice him. Your character, whether be a neighbor or someone who goes by his house daily to work or normal hang outs hears it often, and they finally confront Declan about it. - OPEN

Enemies - Your character and Declan have been known not to get along, for a long time now, there is just something about the two of you that clashes so badly that it causes a lot of issues with your common friend group. There is no clue on how it started, just that it did one day, maybe the wrong thing said that left both of you uneasy, but it’s not going away anytime soon. - Taken by JD
