Inkt-tober Day 21 - Candle

It's so wonky and lopsided. 😩 On the other hand I've never tried to do shading like this, so I'm still pretty proud of it!

Day 25 - Saffron

I really don't like the colour. My watercolour set doesn't actually have purple, so I had to mix red and blue paint, which only gets me this ugly, muted, sort of muddy purple instead of the vibrant purple I'd get from a tube of purple paint. (Or at least, if I mixed cool red and cool blue I'd get the purple I want - this is a warm red with a warm blue. But this set only has the one red.) Also, I need a finer brush. 😩 Might need to go art supply shopping at some point.

But I like the flowers.
