Inktober masterpost!
It’s over. Just gonna instert all of the artwork and write some stuff about the whole thing.
So. I feel like Inktober really wasn’t that difficult for me, because I already draw (almost) every day. Time wasn’t a problem too, since literally have no social life and 3 days of my week is free (love ya uni).
For most of the first two weeks, I used a lot of ink and little watercolor, but on the second week I started to use pens and markers too, and there’s a looot of watercolor here. I especially love the portrait I did for @jeannetheblonde (the ginger gurl is her Sveta).
I think it was the third week when I started to fall behind a bit, but just 2-3 days. As you can probably see, I didn’t really used ink aside from the last one, but moooore watercolor. I really like the two paintings with the green background - they are my precious dalish siblings, Jalen and Nahira.
The rest of Inktober was pretty much watercolor, a pen sketch and markers. And Cole. With flowers. My drawing hand was injured for the last few days, but I caught up for the very last days, the last four drawings are obviously much more simple because of that.
So overall, I enjoyed it very much! This was my first Inktober, and I definitely going to do it next year too. What I noticed is that my artworks are much more colourful nearing the end, and I intend to keep this good habit to be honest. Colours are awesome. I also really loved working with ink, I’ll probably use up the rest of it, and I also loved the watercolors. And weirdly, the pen sketches! I only used a simple pen, no underdrawing with pencils and I was surprised I didn’t mess up. Well, I messed up some of them, but overall it was a fun practice.
