[ ALL-NIGHTER ] for our muses to pull an all-nighter together / from kagome!
━━ ❝ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮.. ❞ If Yusuke were her last hope in getting her work done in time for school tomorrow. Honestly, the former detective couldn’t care less whether he was done with his work or not. KAGOME, HOWEVER, she wasn’t going to let him slack off. Giving him the whole if he’s going to pretend to be a student, then he needs to make it believable at the very least. She’s annoying when she’s right so of course he welcomes her into his apartment within the complex.
Probably to her surprise, the living room was clean, not a shirt or piece of furniture out of place, and for Yusuke, that’s on purpose since there isn’t a door separating the living area from the kitchen. As a cook, he knows how important a clean environment is for his dishes. “I can alreadly tell I’m not gonna enjoy tonight.” He spoke AS HE BEGAN making them snacks..or brainfood. It was still in the afternoon, so there was more than enough time as Kagome got their area ready in the living room.
Their homemade pizza was done along with a couple of fruit salads were placed into the fridge and from then on it was nothing but work AND A LITTLE BIT OF EATING. They’ve been at it all through sunset, then through the evening. The moon was already high into the sky, but they continued working. Finishing pizza, their fruit salads, little snacks like Takoyaki he made later, whilst they’ve also exhausted his soda and fresh-squeezed juice for energy.
“Ugh finally.” They were done, all problems solved, notes from other subjects were highlighted within their notebooks..basically they were finally done, and it was only a little bit after 2AM. “Yer one hardworkin’ date Higurashi.” The lazy Yusuke said as he leaned into his seat and yawned. “Damn I didn’t even think you were gonna stay ‘round this late.” Said Yusuke as he stood up from his seat and stretched his muscles. “Wait here, I’ll grab a shirt for ya..it should pretty much fit ya like a pair of pajamas,and you can take my bed, I’ll bunk out here.”
