I was tagged by @mdpthatsme and 1)I actually saw it within a fairly reasonable time frame and 2)I figured it could double as a teaser pic for finally posting the next bit of ‘For Always Roaming...’ (But, um, nope, that’s still not forthcoming - did more work finagling the minutiae for this pic than finishing up the last scene for the story. Oops.)
So, what’s in Cat’s bag?
Just the basics:
makeup and toiletries, brush, hairspray, scrunchies - cuz, y’know, early ‘90s;
changes of clothes - including underwear because unlike Stella she does wear them (if only for the fun of slipping ‘em off);
condoms cuz the safe sex PSA campaign hit her right where she lives, (Val, too, fyi);
one of Valentine Hart’s cheap-o baseball cards because she somehow figured it’d have useful stats - useful to her, that is (it didn’t);
pack of gum;
about 11 bucks and change because she stays broke even when she’s getting work;
toy cat...stuffed full of coke...but, like, it’s not really for her, she’s just, y’know, holdin’ onto it for a friend, and so, like, if it was overstuffed and some of it spills out sometimes...so what? her friend won’t mind (#bonus story secret);
portfolio and scattered comp cards - this modelling thing is her only way outta dead-end Riverblossom that she can see so she’s always prepared - she needs exposure, she needs dinero (plus, she’s not even bein’ compensated for this, uh, favour for a friend - not in cash or nothin’ like that, so it can’t be, like, trafficking or whatever; she wouldn’t do that);
but she would blackmail Goopy...if she had to, so there’s a certain photo from a coupla years ago he don’t know she’s got; now, she’s 22, so two years ago Cat was still legal for the rodeo, but two years ago Goopy was still married to #2 or #3 and his settlement ain’t been finalised yet, so y’know...a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do; turns out GG was more’n happy to help just for the askin’ (prolly rememberin’ his last and lookin’ forward to his next “lay-over” near RBH) so maybe she’ll save that one for a rainier day, or maybe just for a keepsake;
and although she thinks she looks damn good rockin’ the nekkid rodeo and she has appeared in a home movie or two, Cat’s not trying to break into that side of Starrywood, so that particular sex, lies, and videotape ain’t featurin’ her! - she is not the dumb-dumb to be carrying nothin’ that incriminating (of herself) around with her, duh; but it was a handy l’il find;
Walkman, of course, because it’s a long-ass bus ride to the east coast from Riverblossom Hills since Betty wouldn’t fork over the cash for her to fly and there was no sense even asking Vicky (her sis, and therefore eventually Cleo Shikibu’s mom); Cat kept it light, only lugged around a handful o’ mixtapes from two of her fellas back home - they were always competin’, it was too cute...and so sad; funny thing, she can’t seem to land on a song that feels like Valentine, even on the radio; sure, he's a guy like any other, but she can’t quite fit that one in her pocket...yet;
and lastly are her keys, and on the keyring a pic of her and said BFF 4eva (Betty) from back in their days of country girl innocence. Cat’s trying her damnedest to get the hell outta dodge, but she swore not to forget where she came from.

Well, I choose my Sim Hendrik since he is, in my opinion, the Sim with an more interesting story than my other Sims.
Hendrik is a romantic Sim and is on top of the music career so he is often on tour around the Sims-world for concerts. In his bags there are a lot of pictures of his family (he may be a romantic Sim but he loves his children and grandchildren), photographs for his female fans, books, diaries and notebooks (he is writing a book about his life, loves to read and writes new songs while he travels by train), he loves a good bottle of wine after his concerts and if the ladies are not that much interested in him he always carries a love potion with him. He also needs his old, stinky boots with him because he things that he has more luck with him (I’m not that sure). And he needs his violin for his concerts. While he is on tour he loves sightseeing as an inspiration for his songs so he never travels without his camera.
I never know who to tag since a lot of people have already done this. So if you haven’t done this feel yourself tagged. :)
