'Member way back when Candy teased/wondered out loud which one of their babies would be funnier lookin', hers or Rhett's and Penny's? No? *lol* Welp, lo and behold, a dozen years later they can finally see for themselves.
"What the...whoa. But, uh, that's just Junior's fug fuggin up our genes, right, Pop?"
"...Right, Pop?"
Valentine didn't answer.
And Candy also ignored Rhett as per usual. She's trying to find his angles for Baby Boy's first Simstagram posts.
___________
This isn't Richie. Just a random mashup of Candy/Junior genes. Candy was never quite so hands on with Richie even though he is swimming more in the Hart side of the gene pool. But this Candy's clearly not "my" Candy. This one's original flavour, lol. And, oddly enough, Random Mashup HartMann also got grey eyes.
I did, for no real reason, make the baby faces for Richie and Una first. Richie's not even getting any baby pics. Candy was...busy. But oh, Una...my Una. (Proxy, too, so Rhett still lost that bet!) I can't really do that to Una. (Now the toddlers they each became? Absolutely adorable in their own special ways...but I'm thinking it wasn't so much an oversight as a marketing decision for TS2 babies to default to Face Two.)
No way Dora was looking at this face, blithely accepting that's just how some babies look.
Not even with that pic of Penny (retroactively adorning the walls) to go on. I suspect the pacifier's there for a reason but still I'm pretty sure her cheeks didn't have like a whole topography of promontories, caverns, and skin ridges!) The Hart genes make her baby look more alien than Penny!
No mugshots headshots of Proxy Hart. This is just what I did while I should've been doing other stuff. Though please do tell me if someone's already done the heavy lifting baby-facing the Widespot sims. Then I'd only have to do my townies and born-in-game sims.
And a closing shot of the one who didn't make it. Leave it to Val's (undiluted) genes to restore my faith in genetic baby faces.
But really it's the eyebrows...Faces like eyebrows. :)
