The lot includes a main building for study and a separate tower with a kitchen and two living rooms. It can be played as a university and dorms in one location.
The building has four playable floors plus a basement. Restrooms are located on two floors. The basement is a restricted area, accessible only to teachers. The first floor contains the main hall, an exam and lecture hall, a study hall, a room with a crystal processing table, and restrooms. The second floor contains a divination room, the director's office, a lecture hall, a restroom with showers, and an event hall (with a piano).
The tower has a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a botanical room, which is in a state of abandonment. The basement is divided into two sections: a restricted storage room and a room with a crystal tree.
