Love dragons? I know I do!🐉 This afternoon I’m shaking off my 15 convention ZomBee-exhaustion and doing some work on one of my paintings for my solo show “Sky” at the @CoreyHelford Gallery opening March 2018. The show is all about unity, love, acceptance and how we all live under the same sky 💞 So this beauty and her dragon represents how one person can have multiple cultures. The body is a Quetzalcoatl, one head is a Chinese dragon, another a Japanese dragon and the last is an English dragon.❤️💙💚 I’m Italian, born in Canada and I love Japanese culture so much. Who I am is not defined by one culture. All of us have many facets to who we are whether it’s having parents from different places in the world or identifying with other culture. I feel you should wear your culture(s) like a badge of honour for the world to see! So that’s what this painting is all about. I hope you like it 💖 #beproudofyourculture #loveyourself #innerdragon (at Vancouver, British Columbia)
