“Oh no.. this isn’t good.”
Luci faked a smile at everyone that passed her. The news that the Ministry had let out had taken a toll on her emotionally. She was still unsure of what side to choose and Luci knew now that, because of this happening, she was going to be forced to a side much sooner rather than later like she preferred.
“I just want to forget about that interrogation at the Ministry, okay?”
“Recount ancestry? What exactly does that mean?”
“This is absolute shit,” Marlene growled as she threw darts at the Ministry’s proclamation.
