Input Mag’s Tamagotchi Pix Party Review Boasts Big Improvement over Pix
We love a good review, and the Tamagotchi Pix Party review from Input Mag is one of them. Cheyenne MacDonald is the resident Tamagotchi reviewed over there. They were very critical about the Tamagotchi Pix touch buttons and battery life last year, but this year they’re so excited Bandai has implemented such an improvement with the Tamagotchi Pix Party!
The review is super cute and interactive with lots of pictures and videos that guide you through all the new features including the party feature! They wished that new careers were added on the Pix Party, and we think that’s a fair criticism. Input Mag really boasts the improved buttons, citing that they are now properly aligned and much more responsive. Also the battery life improvements are quite noticeable, the reviewer has gotten over double the battery life of the Pix. They still wish that it had a built-in rechargeable battery like the Tamagotchi Smart.
Input Mag even boasts that the camera has been updated, pictures are clearer, and the light balancing is better. The pictures will still look like you took them on your Motorola Razr from 2005.
They did have some gripes though, which include lack of connectivity to extract the pictures, which Bandai has made clear is due to security and safety concerns. The camera still only recognizes primary colors which seems to be a gripe for them too, if additional colors were recognized then perhaps we could be cooking up even more foods!
Input Mag loves the Tamagotchi Pix Party, in fact they also loved the Tamagotchi Pix. They love the Pix Party more than the Pix though, citing that this is the version to get! Be sure to check out the full review here.
