Day 7 & 8: Rest and improvement
Yesterday I felt quite shit. I actually wanted to skip the rest day because I had two last week. In the end, I rested because my mom wanted to go to Eindhoven (some Dutch city). I felt quite fat in the evening especially because my little nephew and niece wanted to go to the McDonalds xD. Btw, my nephew calls the regular hamburger crabburger. I was like: “Huh? Are you sure they have a crabburger?” “Noooo, I want the crabburger! They have it!” It’s that I miraculously thought of Spongebob that I could luckily make the connection otherwise I’d probably ordered the fishburger :p.
The eighth day was hard again. I almost wanted to stop. But my inner voice told me not to quit and that it’s only been one short week. Thanks for dragging me out of bed, inner voice. XD I improved on how much I could follow through the workout already. It might be the colder weather, it might be my shorts, it might be an improvement, and it might be a combination of everything. I could almost keep up with the insanity people! Moving pushups are so deadly Hail to my weak arms ;) Lesson learned: If you want some Krabby Patties, just go the McDonalds or call some random burger a Krabby Patty. The more belief you will put into this, the more you will actually taste that Krabby Patty.
